ATMs

Updated at October 9th, 2024

You can use your Zeta debit card at any ATM. However, at this time, Zeta is not part of an ATM network. This means you will pay a fee every time you withdraw money from an ATM. The ATM operator may charge an additional fee which Zeta does not benefit from. For VIP Accounts, Zeta will waive one Zeta ATM fee per account per month. Zeta will also reimburse one ATM-assessed fee of up to $2.50 per account per month.

Cash Withdrawal Limits

You can withdraw up to $500 per day via ATM at any ATM.

Any time your remaining balance is less than the fee amount being assessed, the balance of your Zeta Account will be applied to the fee amount. This results in a zero balance on your Zeta Checking Account. You can also find this in our fee schedule here.

Any fees incurred through ATMs are all subject to the $500 maximum amount that can be spent using that card per day.

ATM Withdrawal limits are not able to be adjusted at this time.

ATM owner-operators, merchants, and participating banks may impose their own lower limits and fees on cash withdrawals.

If you use an ATM for any transaction, including a balance inquiry, you may be charged a fee by the ATM operator -- even if you do not complete a withdrawal. This ATM fee is a third-party fee amount assessed by the individual ATM operator only and is not assessed by us.

Cash Deposits at an ATM

We do not support cash deposits at ATMs at this time. For more information on how to deposit cash to your Zeta account, check this out.

Alternatives to ATMs to withdraw cash

  • Cash back at participating retailers
  • Cash advance from a local bank using your Zeta Debit card. Many do not charge a fee but some may. These cash withdrawals count towards your daily card spend limit of up to $5,000 per card. Local banks may have their own limits on these transactions as well.
  • Need cash for friends/family? Consider services like Cashapp, Venmo, PayPal, etc.
