What if either of our Zeta Debit Cards are lost, stolen or damaged?

You can freeze and request a new card directly from the Zeta app! There is a $5 fee for replacement cards. For more information see our fee schedule.

From the overview, scroll down to your Zeta Wallet. From there, you can easily manage your card.

If you would like to keep your current card active and continue using it while the new one arrives, choose 'damaged' as the reason when replacing it in-app. Then when your new one arrives and you activate it, your old one will then automatically deactivate at that time. 

Keep in mind that you can only manage your own Zeta Card (and Companion Cards) in your app. Other Zeta Account Owners, (your partner on a Joint Account for example) will need to log into the app from their own device using their login credentials to manage their card.
