Cards+ is a premium Zeta+ feature that allows you to confidently manage your spending, privacy and security.
By subscribing to Zeta+, you unlock 9 additional virtual cards (for a total of 10). Each card comes with custom card controls that let you set spending limits. If a transaction is over the limit, or doesn't meet the requirements you set, we'll automatically decline it.
Here are some examples of how you can use Cards+ to manage your payments:
1. Groceries card: You can assign a Standard virtual card to a bill envelope like “🥒 Groceries.” Set a spending limit for the card, and when you reach the limit, any further transactions will be declined, preventing overspending. All transactions on the card will also automatically be assigned to “🥒 Groceries.”
2. Nintendo card: Assign a Standard virtual card to handle your recurring subscription payment from a specific merchant. Set the amount you expect to pay, and any transaction exceeding that amount at Nintendo will be declined, preventing unexpected charges.
3. Free trial card: Create a Single Use virtual card for a free trial with any merchant with a low limit (eg. $1). This way, even if your card is charged, your potential loss is limited to the predefined low amount.
