What to expect when your new card arrives

On or around the week of September 23rd, when your new card arrives, we'll prompt you in the app to follow one of two "migration" paths. 

  • Automatic migration
    • At the click of a button we will transfer your existing balance to your new account and move over your rules, Goals, and your Bill Reserve instantly. You won't have to worry about a thing!
  • Manual migration
    • If you have lots of goals, or simply want a helping hand during the migration process, we are offering a second option. You can reach out to your Concierge to transfer funds, rules, your Goals, and your Bill Reserve to your new account on your schedule.

Not sure which to choose? No problem! Your Concierge can help you make the decision in a matter of minutes. Also, no matter which migration option you choose, we will provide you with helpful information and tips to make this transition as easy as possible.

When the move is finished your Zeta account will look and work the same as before, with important and exciting improvements!
