There are some things that we won't be able to do for you, no matter how hard our Engineering team tries. We've sent a detailed list to your email to make the updates on your end as painless as possible!
- Update any recurring bill payments with your new account and/or debit card number
- We've sent you a list of your recurring payments
- Update your direct deposit information
- We've emailed you a direct deposit form
- Update any third-party apps
- These might include Venmo, Paypal, DAS budget, etc.
You will continue to have access to your old Zeta Joint Cards account until at least the end of October so we'll be able to see any items that may have been missed!
Remember that your Zeta Concierge is an amazing resource for you. We'll be working hard so that you don't have to!
