Yes, we provide all of our customers with paperless monthly statements via email and within the Zeta mobile app.
How do I download or view my statements?
To download, export, or print your monthly statements; tap the settings icon in the top right-hand corner > Account Statements > then tap the statement period you're looking for.
Keep in mind that statements for the previous calendar month are made available to you on the 2nd of each month.
Are there any limitations in getting statements for a certain period?
If you need statements for a specified time period, let us know and we will gladly provide them to you!
What if I see an error in my monthly statement?
Zeta Account statements are considered to be correct. Carefully review your statements each statement period and notify us of any errors within 60 days of your statement becoming available.
You also have a right to obtain a 60-day history of your Joint Account transactions and can contact your Zeta Concierge via the Zeta mobile app.
You will not receive paper statements.
