To assign a transaction to a bill or goal simply tap on the transaction you’d like to add, then select the icon next to "Envelope." From there you can select the Bill or Goal you'd like to assign the transaction to. This will help keep your budget organized in the Bill Reserve.
Once you have assigned that transaction to the bill or goal, that bill or goal's balance will be debited for that transaction's amount. If it was a bill, that bill will also be marked as paid.
Note: You can also assign transactions automatically with Rules!
Can I split transactions?
Yes! You can split transactions between available to spend and your Bill or Goal envelopes. To do so, tap the transaction you wish to split, next to “envelope” tap the green pill. At the bottom of the “Select Envelope” screen, you should see an option to “Split transaction.” Please note that you can only split transactions between your Available to spend and either a Bill or Goal envelope at this time.
